Delivery Schedule We usually despatch your order within 1 day: orders placed on a Friday or Saturday may not be despatched until the following Monday. Items sent by air mail should arrive in 5-10 days, surface mail items can take 4-6 weeks or longer.

Grading The LPs are visually graded using the following criteria: An 'A' grade record will have no marks and a crisp clean sleeve. An 'A-' record may have only few light superficial surface marks (this is equivalent to 'Near Mint'). 'B' grade records will have more or heavier surface marks and/or some minor sleeve wear - 'B' grade records should play without any significant audible defects (a B grade record is the equivalent of 'Excellent', so B+ is Ex+). Not all of the records are graded yet - those without a grading will be B+, A- or A. If you would like to know the exact grade before you order, please contact us.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
